Return Policy

 * We offer a live arrival guarantee on all live stock.

 * In the event of a Dead on Arrival (DOA) animal, please take a clear picture of the unopened bag containing the DOA animal and email it to sales@creekwoodaquatics.com for a store credit.

 * Note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Live Arrival Guarantee

 * To be eligible for the live arrival guarantee, you must report DOA animals within 2 hours of the first delivery attempt.  ( Someone should be home to receive package)

 * Creekwood Aquatics may require additional documentation, such as photos of the DOA animal inside the opened bag, condition of shipping box for verification purposes.
